Data Sharing
Invent Partners have implemented third party APIs and internally developed APIs for our customers which allow customer data to be shared with other systems. For example:
- Automatically posting online products to Google's "shopping" search, directly from an online stock database,
- Sharing a trade supplier's central product database with resellers via a custom build product data API
- Posting online enquries directly into a back office CRM, and creating response tasks with deadlines, ensuring that customer enquiries are allocated to the correct employee and are dealt with promptly.
